Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing The Coin Wash! By placing a Wash & Fold order, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies. Pricing: Wash & Fold is $1.89/lb with a 12 lb minimum. Pickup & Delivery orders include a $5 fee. Same-day service, when available, is $2.30/lb plus the $5 pickup & delivery fee. Your final laundry charge is based on the actual weight of your order after it is received and processed. Turnaround: Standard orders are typically completed within 24–48 hours. Same-day service is subject to availability and must be confirmed by The Coin Wash. Turnaround times may vary due to order volume, holidays, equipment issues, weather, or other circumstances. Pickup & Delivery: Pickup is available Monday and Wednesday between 9 AM and 12 PM. Laundry must be securely bagged and ready during the scheduled window. Customers are responsible for providing accurate addresses, apartment/unit numbers, gate codes, and pickup instructions. Delivery will be made to the location provided by the customer. The Coin Wash is not responsible for laundry after it has been delivered to a customer-designated location. Customer Responsibilities: Please check all pockets and remove money, electronics, medications, jewelry, keys, pens, and other personal belongings before submitting laundry. The Coin Wash is not responsible for items left in pockets. Garment Care: Customers are responsible for identifying delicate, specialty, valuable, or special-care items and providing appropriate instructions. We recommend removing irreplaceable or high-value items from Wash & Fold orders. The Coin Wash cannot guarantee removal of permanent stains, odors, discoloration, or dye transfer and is not responsible for normal shrinkage, fading, color bleeding, fabric changes, pre-existing damage, loose seams, broken zippers, or damage resulting from improper care labels. Items We May Refuse: For the safety of our customers, employees, and equipment, we reserve the right to refuse laundry that is hazardous, excessively contaminated, infested, chemically contaminated, or otherwise unsafe to process. Missing or Damaged Items: Any concern regarding a missing or damaged item must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your completed order so we can investigate. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to these policies and understand that laundry is processed according to our standard commercial laundering procedures.
